Spbo Platform Terms & Conditions
Please read this document carefully before using the spbo platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.
These terms apply to all spbo platform users in Malaysia. Effective date: 1 January 2026.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the spbo platform — including the website, mobile app, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the spbo platform.
Continued use of this platform after any changes to the terms are posted will be considered your acceptance of the updated terms. spbo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with appropriate notice provided on the platform.
The spbo platform is intended for entertainment purposes and is subject to applicable laws in Malaysia. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform is lawful in the region or jurisdiction where they are located.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of spbo services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. spbo is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your failure to protect your login information.
Registration of a spbo account is subject to the following conditions:
- Applicants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
- All information provided during registration must be truthful and verifiable.
- Spbo reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of its compliance process.
- Accounts registered with false information will be terminated immediately.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, you must notify spbo customer support immediately through our official email.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the spbo platform agree to use its services responsibly and to comply with all applicable rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or permanent termination:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to exploit any technical weaknesses, system errors, or bugs on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
- Using another person's account or allowing someone else to use yours.
- Committing payment fraud, including using credit cards or bank accounts that are not your own.
- Spreading illegal, offensive, or harmful content through the platform.
Spbo reserves the right to take appropriate action against any breach of these terms, including freezing the balance of accounts involved in suspicious activity while an investigation is carried out.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals (MYR)
All transactions on the spbo platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Use of credit cards, bank accounts, or e-wallets belonging to another person is prohibited and may result in account termination and balance freezing.
Regarding the deposit process:
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated on the payment page.
- Spbo is not responsible for delays caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the selected payment method.
Regarding the withdrawal process:
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to current policy.
- Spbo reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawals.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take several business days under certain circumstances.
- Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity or manipulation will be blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.
Liability Limits & Account Policy
Spbo Liability Limits
The spbo platform is provided "as is" and spbo makes no guarantees or warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability of the services for any purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, spbo will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:
- Unexpected technical failures or service disruptions.
- Losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
- Losses caused by unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
Account Suspension & Closure
Spbo reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document.
- Reporting suspected fraudulent activity or platform abuse.
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
- Instructions from the relevant authorities or law enforcement bodies.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, spbo reserves the right to withhold balances associated with suspicious activity until the investigation is concluded. Legitimate balances may be returned at spbo's discretion once the investigation is complete.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the spbo platform — including brand names, logos, visual design, text, graphics, software code, and interface elements — is the property of spbo or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from spbo.
Third-Party Links and Content
The spbo platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided solely for user convenience, and spbo has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. spbo is not responsible for any content, products, or services offered by third parties.
Changes to These Terms
Spbo reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page with an updated effective date. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
